This Privacy Policy explains what Sownley Business Solutions LLC ("Sownley," "we," "us") collects when you use sownley.com, how we use it, and the services we rely on to deliver our work. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and build your website.

We collect the information you submit through our two forms:
Free preview / demo request. Your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), what you want from your website, whether you already have a website, your budget (optional), any reference sites you share, and your preferred contact method.
Quote request. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, the number of pages you need, a description of your project, how you heard about us, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
We do not collect or store payment card details on this Site. Billing for active clients is handled by PayPal under a separate signed agreement.
2. How we use your information
We use what you submit to respond to you, build your free preview, prepare a quote, and provide and support our services. We may also use it to keep records of our communications. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Services we share information with
To run our business and deliver websites, we use a small number of trusted third-party services. Your information may pass through or be stored by:
- Cloudflare — hosts this Site and processes form submissions at the network edge.
- Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email.
- PayPal — processes recurring billing for active clients.
- Domain registrars — register and manage domain names for client websites.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for interruptions or policy changes caused by them. We share information with them only as needed to provide our services.
4. Cookies and analytics
We keep tracking to a minimum. This Site does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set cookies that are necessary for security and basic functionality. Your browser settings let you control or block cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email support@sownley.com. If you agreed to receive text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or letting us know.
7. Children
This Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
